Delivery Areas

For Marinas: Boats docked at Port of Piraeus and south coast marinas.

For 5-day meals: Athens’ Northern and Southern suburbs.

Times

For Marinas: 09.00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20.00 daily.

For 5-day meals: Northern suburbs on Monday 10:00 to 13:00. Southern suburbs on Wednesdays 10:00 to 13:00.

Minimum order time frame

For Marinas: By 09:00 previous day from delivery.

For 5-day menus: For Monday delivery, order by Friday 21:00. For Wednesday delivery, order by Sunday 21:00.

Cancellation policy

For Marinas:

• Full refund for a cancellation occurs in more than 48hrs of scheduled delivery
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs in less than 48 hrs from scheduled delivery
• No refund if cancellation occurs in the last 6 hrs from scheduled delivery (we will deliver anyway if boat is present at dock, otherwise we will deliver to a charity of your choice)
• Full refund if delivery not made on time and you cannot accept delivery

For 5 day meals:

• No refund, delivery will be done as scheduled. If unable to receive due to absence, we will deliver to a charity of your choice
• Full refund if delivery not made on time and you cannot accept delivery
