A brilliant, crystal-clear, pale yellow coloured wine. Very generous on the nose
with dominating aromas of water melon grapefruit, peach and citrus fruit
accompanied by floral notes of jasmine and honey.
Serves best with Pasta, lobster, grilled sea bream , chicken dishes with sweet
and sour sauces, yellow cheese or fruits.
